Selenium is the most widely used and works for both Java and C#.

Automated regression tests save a lot of time and improves software quality.

There is browser plugin for recording which makes it very easy to use without
having to learn a new API.
- Migration / adaption of existing software
None, since there is no existing software that does what Selenium does.
