Adding 'vui' in groups in the 'web-users.json' file does not work

I am trying to access the '/vui' endpoints and the '/vui/platforms' endpoints but for some reason it gives me the page not found message. I tried it using CURL as well as the web browser. I have generated access tokens for it using the '/authenticate' endpoint and even then its not working. Am I missing any steps before this which will help in solving this?

Also, for some reason the web-ssl-certs are not being recognized by the web browser and it still shows that the website is not secure to browse.
