Create a github organization and multiple repos #57

Hi,
I feel like a bunch of software ideas/requests are cluttering the github issues.
I think for a project of this scale it would make sense to create a github organization and multiple repositories (at least hardware and software) inside that organization.
It might even make sense to have a general firmware/software repo and then additional repositories for each OS or OS family (Linux based, android based, ...).
Similar for hardware where it might make sense to separate the case and PCBs into different repositories. Maybe even a separate repository for the mainboard and all other PCBs that might be created in the future (flex PCB connecting different boards? Separate board for USB port so it is easier to swap in case the port breaks?)
