Yoda version 1.10.0

We are happy to announce the first official point release of Yoda 1.10: version 1.10.0

Changes from Yoda 1.9 to Yoda 1.10 include:

• Support for Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
• Improved reliability of the data package archiving process ("copy to vault")
• The new administration page for functional admin tasks in the portal
• The new data transfer page with ready-to-use configurations for data transfer tools in the portal
• Support for landing page themes
