make comparison between our output and D47crunch pythons cript

• after create a small subset of the data with a test environment to test and improve the codebase #20 apply the https://github.com/mdaeron/D47crunch script to our test dataset
• compare raw D47 values between two approaches
• figure out differences

anecdotally, I did this for the Walvis Ridge dataset but arrived at very different results. Contact me if you're going to try and want to reuse my old messy python code.
