Documentation Update (add libstdc++.dylib into the "Link Binary with Libraries")

While adding to a project in XCode 4, please advise the developer to add libstdc++.dylib into the "Link Binary with Libraries" section of build phases. Not doing so will make the compiler skip over those regions you're using stdlib.
