Better Attribution #125
Description
Add an attribution notice for all places where a project's data is used. This should be a linked publication if there is one and if not, it should be configurable in the field.
Add attribution to the download file (not sure how to accomplish this: perhaps as another tab in excel but what about csv/tsv?)
