Cannot sync old recorded data to server

I have some recorded data from 2 weeks ago (a few minutes) on a phone and data recorded yesterday (tens of minutes) on another phone. The data was not uploaded automatically, it only remained on the phones. I tried to upload the data to the server today and the only mesaage I get is something like "I/O...Broken pipe".
