Features for negative complementizers #169

Description

@kscanne

Non-past tense complementizers currently have the feature PartType=Cmpl, e.g. the "go" in sentence 2249:

"Dúirt urlabhraí thar ceann an Údaráis go bhfuilid sásta leis an leagan foilsithe den Bhille."

(+ lots of others examples in the treebank with "go mbeadh", "go mbeidh", etc.). This is good.

But in the past tense, "gur" seems to always have PartType=Vb (along with Tense=Past). See, for example, the "gur" in sentence 1830:

"Dúirt príomhfheidhmeannach an Bhord Sláinte, Pat Harvey, gur aithin sé an gá le tuilleadh acmhainní a chur ar fáil chun seirbhís níos fearr a sholáthar."

It would be nice to align these so they are all PartType=Cmpl, since their syntactic roles are the same. This would also make it easier for me to convert them all to the correct PAROLE tag (Cs, vs. Q) on corpas.ie.
