Deploying on l3 chain 

I'll be trying to deploy the clone of uniswapv3 on the donatuz chain which is l3 based on base chain.
Would I still need the governance contracts etc.
Moreover I'm still new into the Blockchain development so another begginer question is that do I also have to deploy the associated libraries?
