UHK 60v2 crash report

My UHK 60v2 occasionally crashes. After I unplug it and plug it back in, it flashes QWM / ERR in the LED display. The trace buffer in UHK Agent says

I've bound a key to the ClearStatus macro and that seems to work. Is there anything I can do to make it stop crashing?

So it crashes and then you unplug it and plug it in? If so, how do you know it crashed? Or you plug it out and in and then you see that log?

Please flash the firmware from #1287 and post the log when you encounter it again.
