Cleanup after running polymarker

When the status is "DONE" or "ERROR" do the following:

1. Send the link to the email (if present)
2. Remove email from the database
3. Remove the temporary folder where PolyMarker ran if the status is "DONE". Keep if the program failed to find errors in PolyMarker.

I"m not quite sure it is always removing the folders...
