Compare cluster results using overlapping and non-overlapping event definitions #162

@jds485

Description

@jds485

Create targets that do cluster analysis of flow metrics for non-overlapping event definitions (flow metrics computed in #160).

  • Evaluate cluster results for individual quantiles, and see if aggregation of quantiles is important
  • If yes, evaluate aggregation based on: 1. current method (4 metrics x 4 seasons x 5 quantiles = 80 columns), 2. computing metrics for the range to be aggregated (e.g., 50-70, 75-95) (4 metrics x 4 seasons x 1 quantile range = 16 columns). Flow metrics for example ranges are computed in Event definition #160, see this target
