Variance when running published factors

Hello, I hope the year has treated you well & you enjoyed your holidays.

Per thread #69, I am attempting to generate the Industry emission factors for the v1.3 release.

As a test, I downloaded the source code for the v1.3 release and tried to re-generate the Commodity emission factors. However, I am not getting the exact same output as the published emission factors – it appears that the emission factor for NAICS code 333914 is different. Can you help point me in the right direction? I have attached my output from running the published code without any changes.
