.taxa file questions

FunGuild used to extract information from my OTU table and create a .taxa file. Then it uses the .taxa file to create the . guilds file. But it seems like it is no longer doing that. I am wondering which version was that? Was it v1.0 or v1.1? It seems like we can no longer use v1.0. Is that correct?
