Namespacing for collections

• User can set a prefix for a collection
  • system should check whether prefix collides with other prefixes or Z Urls
• any link placed in that collection will get that prefix

Questions

• should the full link be stored in the keyword column?
• What should happen to urls that are moved into and out of the collection?
