Improve phrases for wordclouds - Natural Language Processing (NLP) improvement

CEI's Clare Forstie mentioned Mentimeter will utilize phrases for wordclouds, but ChimeIn treats words individually, e.g., "product designer."

One note - Mentimeter has a different approach - they don't do free text response, but instead just accept up to 25 letters at a time, and treat that whole 25 letters as a single phrase. So it's not like natural language processing or anything.
