LTI clone enhancements

Potential enhancements to the Canvas linking for SS23:

• Explore using the AGS to query all of the assignments in a course and proactively relink folders after doing the import
• Explore automatically renaming folders in ChimeIn any time we get an LTI launch where the assignment name doesn't match the folder? This would have the effect of clobbering any manually set names.
