HCP HippUnfold integration

Integrate HCP HippUnfold pipeline into QuNex. The HCP branch for this code is at https://github.com/Washington-University/HCPpipelines/tree/hippunfold.

This si mainly done, before releasing we need to wait for the hippunfold 2.0.0 release and the release of new wb_command.
