The 2025 August changelog states a change to the TRAILGRP3 validation

If CARETRIAL3 is 1 or blank then TRIALGRP3 must be blank

Update to the card (8/21)

All of the caretrial and trialgrp input sections will need to follow this logic as well.

• apply logic to all caretrial and trialgrp sections
  • "If CARETRIAL[i] is 1 or blank, then TRIALGRP[i] must be blank
• client side validation to disable TRIALGRP[i] when it must be blank

you'll need to change it to include all 8 of them. so "If CARETRIAL1 is 1 or blank then TRIALGRP1 must be blank" and then the same thing for all of those variables 1 - 8
