[Shellbar]: Notifications in the overflow menu doesn't appear correct

Bug Description

When the notification item appears as the first element in the ShellBar's overflow menu, its badge is not displayed correctly.

Check the dev sample: https://ui5.github.io/webcomponents/nightly/packages/fiori/test/pages/ShellBar_evolution.html, when the notification button is first element in the overflow.
