submodule runLenthMatrix for homopolymer concordance evaluation

Hi, I would like to evalutate the homopolymer concordance with reference to the method of Mc Cartney, et cl., 2022, where they used Margin's runLengthMatrix submodule to convert the assembly sequence to a run-length encoded (RLE) sequence. However, I can't find it. I wonder if this module is still available?
