Exclude assertions mined from the reference section of a full text paper

TMKP should not return any assertions mined from the titles of papers that appear in the reference section.

This was noted in https://github.com/NCATSTranslator/Feedback/issues/334#issuecomment-1606538544, and has been observed elsewhere.
