Additional Comments

I demo installation of the package via the Makefile approach, which does utilize a git clone of the qhist repository. If it would be better to package the contents of that repo into this one, let me know. I suppose the current approach could be more fragile, though I do pin the version to clone.

Regarding the inclusion of code for the installation demo, the current approach you've described sounds very reasonable to me especially with the version specified / pinned. We'll take another look in the review though.
