Congratulations, your paper has been tentatively accepted as part of the 2025 SEA Improving Scientific Software Proceedings!

Acknowledging some delays on our part, we wanted to thank you for your patience and follow up with some information and timelines for next steps so you know what to expect moving forward.

Over the next two weeks, we will be completing a final editorial and formatting review to ensure all papers are displaying as intended and are ready for publication. Once this final editorial and formatting review is complete, we’ll reach out to corresponding authors and have you create a release and corresponding Zenodo DOI on your paper repository.

You will also be hearing from the NSF NCAR library regarding approval for your paper’s inclusion in a static version of the conference proceedings (should you grant permission) to be published as an NCAR Tech Note similar to prior years and we will be adding the papers to gallery on the SEA conference website. We are hoping to have the gallery live sometime in the coming month.
