Does MonacoEditorWrapper support Extensions?

@kaisalmen, does the Monaco Editor Wrapper architecture support editor extensions like VSIX? We are almost ready to release the first version of our editing environment, and I am looking at the possibility of plugging in extensions like Github interaction.
