Support multiple values with the same key in a section

Similar to #24 but not changing the supported syntax of inifiles.

Use case: See http://engineering.pivotal.io/post/git-push-instead-of/ where
the [url "git@github.com:"] section in .gitconfig files can have multiple
values with the key pushInsteadOf
