Fanmade Extension: Useful Blocks

I wrote a small extension that works well with some official extensions.
Blocks added:

List of blocks that may cause duplicates:
Looks Plus, Runtime Options, RixxyX

List of extensions that pair well with this one:
Events Plus, More Motion, Utilities, etc.

All blocks should work fine and let me know if you find a bug.
Update: I hid the variable monitors of the reporter blocks.
