Not all files are downloaded

Several months ago (maybe even a month ago), I downloaded two Tumblr blogs, and about 200,000 to 250,000 files downloaded at that time. After they completed, I removed the blogs from TumblThree. I'm now trying to redownload those same Tumblr blogs again, so I added the blogs back to TumblThree and queued for download. Only, now it's pulling about 10,000 to 15,000 files before completing. That can't be right; the previous downloaded file counts were much, much higher, and both blogs still show a 10-year history in their archive.

I removed the blogs from TumblThree and readded them. I went into blog details and checked "Force Rescan". No difference; it still only pulls about 10k to 15k files before it completes and ends the download. I even switched from Tumblr API to Tumblr SVC and back again, and no matter what it's not pulling everything. I even deleted the them from the Index folder, but it's the same thing. I'm at a loss on what else I can do.
