Cannot Get It to Work

Please forgive any obvious errors as I'm not used to github.

I downloaded and launched the application. I inserted my password into the text box and also authenticated my account. When I click download, nothing happened. When I add it to the queue, it disappears after about 3 seconds. The progress bar has been stuck at 0% this entire time. It says I completed a crawl, but it did literally nothing and I don't have any new downloaded files. I am completely lost and don't know where to go from here. Can anyone help?

I'm using a Lenovo ideapad on Windows 10 with Firefox as my browser, as well as TumblThree v. 2.11.4.435. As far as I can tell, everything on my computer is up to date.
