Cant Transfer Files from MAC

I’m on the latest build, but I’m unable to send files from my Mac to my Powkiddy Q90.
This might be due to the rom's data partition is Btrfs, which newer Macs seem not to support.
I’ve seen multiple suggestions to use OpenMTP, but neither OpenMTP nor any other Android file transfer tools are detecting the handheld on my Mac.
For context, I’m using an Apple Silicon MacBook (macOS Sequia) and have tried different USB cables and ports with no success.
Could you please guide me on how to make the device detectable and transfer files successfully?
