Consider adding a static site for HackPacks #13
Description
Make a site to show off the hackpacks we've built!
Could have:
- Descriptions
- Number of star
- Ability to filter by language/technology/level (ie. the iOS HackPack would be discoverable through searching for Swift, iOS, Mobile, Beginner)
- Request for additional hackpacks?
I think a card style similar to what was used for the sponsors API section would be logical.
