Description
Recreate what is now 3121 as Ubuntu 16.04 with all bells and whistles.
- include regular updates, including RStudio
- migrate the volume
- migrate existing users (3)
- add members of this group
- clean up stuff in /oldhome/
- pull in mcmcGeo
