Installed Libraries not showing in Library tab #556
Description
Current Behavior
I installed the Plotly library a few days ago using the UIB node library installer, which successfully installed, and works OK.
However, the full Plotly library is 4.1Mb in size, so I've discovered that there are partial Plotly libraries, in particular plotly-basic.min.js which is 1Mb.
Opening the UIB library tab, I expected to see the original Plotly library (which I installed a few days ago) which I was going to delete, however the library is blank.
The same applies to the justgage & raphael libraries which I similarly installed in the charger UIB node.
Expected Behavior
That the previously installed libraries (that were installed by the UIB library tab) would be displayed in the UIB node when viewed at a later time, for deleting or seeing what libraries had been installed.

How/where is UIBUILDER installed (palette-manager/globally/locally? Which folder?)
Have you changed any of the uibuilder settings in your settings.js file?
