If you are using Windows, follow these steps:

1. Open the file ctk_scrollable_frame.py.
2. Locate the method _mouse_wheel_all.
3. Modify the denominators of xview and yview. I tested it, and changing the denominators from 6 to 2 significantly improves the functionality.

Previously, the function looked like this:
