Groups data not properly refreshed when browser is refreshed

When a change is made to the Groups data this is not reflected in the operation of the system, even after the browser is refreshed.

The B group maximum distance was set to 5 miles, resulting in a warning during rescheduling. When I changed the Groups data and refreshed the browser the warning didn't change. It should have used the new value in the Groups table, but was using the old value.
