Calendar Deletion is failing

On several occasions Paula has attempted to use MenuFunctions.unscheduleSelectedRides and an error has been thrown: 'Calendar not found'.

This results in the Google Calendar event becoming a zombie

The error is thrown in GoogleCalendarManager.deleteEvent.
