How to enter an unmanaged ride

It should be possible to paste in an unmanaged ride url and have the CRS create the tire and add a Google Calendar Event

The unmanaged ride should respond to updates, cancellations, reinstatements and unscheduling just like a managed ride. The only thing that cannot be done is to schedule an unmanaged ride, nor add a route nor ride leader to the ride. It's a place holder

In addition the routes should be added to/amended in the ride. However it's not at all clear how to replace one route with another through the CRS. Maybe delete a route first, then add one? We can't rename a route on the fly, unfortunately
