random lefting the chat?

I use the miner for farming streamelements points and i have added several streamers and all working except one. I dont get there any points? how is that possible although i saw that the miner joined the chat.

or is it limited to 5 channels at the same time? because i always get streamelements points just for 5 channels and 1 channel always dont get any points
