add mgsvtpp 1.0.15.3 jp to ghidra server #33

jp version has a seperate exe. ihhooks function export ghidra function export scripts can handle it, but till now have been running it on my local/pre ghidra server project.
How much space/where are the actual local ghidra repo files for server project?
ie what impact would this be for the average community member who does not need to deal with the jp exe, and how long would it take me to upload the initial jp commit on my crap internet lol.
