Change Environment Mode via SolverConfigOverride

Hello!
I am attempting to figure out how to set the environment mode property of SolverConfig, after the creation of the SolverConfig object.
I am currently dynamically setting the TerminationConfig for every problem via the SolverConfigOverride, but it seems to have only termination config available currently.

You can only override TerminationConfig once a SolverFactory or SolverManager is created. The reason for this is because constructing the SolutionDescriptor and ScoreDirectorFactory are expensive; termination is independent from the ScoreDirectorFactory/SolutionDescriptor, and thus can be changed quickly without needing to create a new SolutionDescriptor or ScoreDirectorFactory. That being said, changing EnvironmentMode might be cheap; investigation needed.
