Fixing / improving animations and storyviews

When we set the AnimationDuration to something very high like 4000 we can observe some quirks on the page

• the tiddler-info section animation when stopped while opening by clicking somewhere outside, jumps to the "open" state and then animates the closure. It should animate the closure from the point where it was when the closure was initialized. I have a fix for this
• gpu acceleration could be used for animations (will-change) - shouldn't affect browsers that don't support it, or am I wrong?
• we could add an option to the reveal widget to also animate horizontally
• more points will follow ...

Thanks @BurningTreeC I think the fix and your other ideas would be worth exploring.
