How to choose specific Downstream from list based on upstream request.

Expected Behavior / New Feature

Hi, I want to choose a specific endpoint from Downstream List based on request header. is there any way this can be configured?

Actual Behavior / Motivation for New Feature

As of right now, the Downstream array works as load balancer and it will send it to any one of the endpoint.
