What are Thinkmill's plans for Keystatic in 2025 #1442

Hi @stefanprobst, Keystatic is not abandoned. 🩵⚡ Thinkmill is actively using, maintaining, and investing in these projects — just not always in public. The GitHub roadmap project was recently closed by myself because it was simply out of date, not as any result of the project's wider planning. Thinkmill is applying Keystatic in several behind-the-scenes projects, including Thinkmill's own public website and Keystone's documentation. Keystar UI (it's design system) is also now integrated directly into Keystone 6's new Admin UI. We plan to post a community update and refreshed roadmaps for both projects upon the publishing of a new major version for Keystone, but that may still be a few months away as we continue with some breaking changes. In short, yes, Keystatic is still an active project, and our public activity simply reflects our current focus: refinement, testing and integration - not abandonment. Dan |

currently there is a bit of uncertainty about the future of keystatic - in the discord channel many seem to think this project is essentially abandoned.
also, the Keystatic Roadmap github project has recently been marked as "closed".
@jossmac, could you please clarify if thinkmill is still committed to keystatic and has plans to pick development back up (maybe also post a quick note about this in discord)? thank you!
