also another issue is i have the loading states added in onBuffer, these are working correctly in android , but in ios the values in onBuffer are working correcly but the buffering become true and false at same time , but video is still taking time to play (like its still buffering)

how to fix these issues?

In my case, I have a scroll view containing videos. The videos are not in full screen. When a video comes into view, it starts playing. At that moment, the controls briefly appear on Android only.

I fixed this issue by adding a patch. Just change this line at the ReactExoPlayer.java file:

react-native-video/android/src/main/java/com/brentvatne/exoplayer/ReactExoplayerView.java
