Add codes for new brokers and the validator #8
Description
As discussed we should add tm and ta brokers. Their TLAs need to be supporetd by Recommender.
Also we discussed before but not last week we should have a validation component based on Asanka's validator.
Asanka is relatively free these days to support that effort.
