Hello Brandon, Now I have started to look closely at your code I may sometimes have some questions / comments / suggestions. Can you let me know would this be a good thread for me to mention these?

Here's a suggestion:

RemoveDynamicResource(BackgroundColorProperty);
this.DynamicResource(BackgroundColorProperty, nameof(BaseTheme.GitTrendsImageBackgroundColor));

Could be changed to:

this.DynamicResource(BackgroundColorProperty, nameof(BaseTheme.GitTrendsImageBackgroundColor));
