[IDEA]: Private Instance Configuration

It would be good if we can configure bastion settings on dashboard and copy the settings to the private instance so its easier.

It would be even better for Bastion's dashboard to be open source, which it doesn't seem to be at the moment. Bastion even has an API which pretty much only the dashboard uses.
