Error with openroad initial setup

Hi ,
This is my first ever openroad installation and I'm following the instructions from below file.
openROAD-flow-scripts$ vim ./docs/user/BuildWithDocker.md

yosys -m slang -p "slang_version" --> throwing error, appreciate any advice on how to proceed further.

Yosys 0.40 (git sha1 UNKNOWN, g++ 11.4.0-1ubuntu1~22.04 -fPIC -Os)
ERROR: Can't load module `./slang': /OpenROAD-flow-scripts/tools/install/yosys/bin/../share/yosys/plugins/slang.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
