hello, how can we change clock tree structure from typical clock structure to H-tree clock structure

I have no idea how you generated that result so it is hard to say much. Please give some actual details.

sorry but can you please tell me what details you want to check so i can provide you that i am using fifo example with i/o pads

If you can provide the design and the scripts by which you generated the clock tree. Are you using OpenROAD-flow-scripts. What "fifo example" design is this?

fifo example is same but for understanding i am using my own flow

Try adding -sink_clustering_enable. You should look at the flow script in ORFS to get a sense of the default usage.
